Here you will find everything you want to know about us, our great menu, and our beautiful restaurant.
We are located in the Historic District in beautiful downtown Havre de Grace, Maryland, walking distance to the waterfront of the inlet to the Chesapeake Bay.
The food was very good and the atmosphere in a smaller restaurant in an older town was really cool. The hospitality of everyone that worked there was awesome. Me and my wife celebrated our 38 year anniversary dinner here, we had the meat lasagna and eggplant. We also took a pepperoni pizza home that was very good. We will definitely be back for dinner again.
This restaurant never disappoints. Every time we visit, the food is amazing! The service is excellent and the food is amazing! Definitely order the veggie white pizza and Gnocchi and penne a la vodka! 👍👍
My husband and I had lunch here when we were in Havre de Grace. I don’t normally eat bread, so I asked for the sandwich without bread. I was amazed at the presentation–it was gorgeous. And the taste was awesome. My husband got a meatball hoagie and it was equally delicious. We would definitely go here again if we were in the area. Our server was super as well.
The Italian cold cut is well, WOW, Also great pizza, eggplant parm, salads, appetizers (bruzuto). The portions are large, they do charge for an extra plate to share (as written on the menu). Overall, it’s a restaurant to put on your list.
I am always on the hunt for the perfect plain cheese pizza. It needs to have a tasty crust, and a flavorful sauce and gooey cheese ratio that blends perfectly together. I have not been able to find that pizza near me at home, but I did find it here in Havre de Grace! We were driving through and it being the Fourth of July, I was willing to settle for any place that was open. La Cucina claimed to have “N.Y style pizza” and, having grown up in New York, I decided to see if they meant it. Well, they do! Very tasty pizza. I hope I have occasion to stop by again some day. I’ll be having the simple pie. (Note that in the photo the pizza is half sausage because that is what my husband likes. He also gave the pizza thumbs up and ate all the crust, which he does not normally do!)
